RIP Tom

About 30 minutes ago I got an email from my mom.. it said "Here's Tom's obituary"

I didn't even know Tom had died.

Tom was a really good family friend. He was like another brother to me. When my life was in the shitter, Tom was there to tell me he had my back. And tell me I was worth more then the shit I was taking from the ex. He was willing to go break his kneecaps for me.

Tom WAS a brother to my 'real' brother Liam. He was a favorite friend of Liam's daughter, she grew up with him. He lived next door, practically in the same house with them for years. He was like another son to my dad.

He was a teacher and a good man. Caring and giving of his time and talents. He had a great sense of humor and a contagious smile.

Tom was 36. He was mowing his parents lawn and had a heart attack. His twin brother, Jim, rushed over to him, and he was gone before he made it to the hospital.

Tom, I know I didn't see you a whole lot, just a few times a year, but I loved you like a brother. And I'm really gonna miss you. More then I ever thought I would.

Tom Horan you will be missed by many people. Including me. You were family.
