Titles just don't come easy

I'm going to do a little cop out and sorta bullet point a few things I've been meaning to do.

I'd like to introduce you to a fantastic new site, the brain child of Daryl and Mielikki, BookSwappers. If you need a new book (to you) to read, and like to pay it forward, check this site out. The rules are simple, and there are a great selection of books so far. I've already picked a few out. AND I'm putting together some books of my own that I'm willing to send out into the universe for others to read, including the Twilight series. So check that out! It's AWESOME!

There is this blog I read, The Pittsburgh Deli, that I was totally hoarding to myself. I mean, Pittsburgh, my neighbors up the block! and Deli? If there is a Deli involved, I bet there's pickles. And I love me some pickles. Sadly, I've yet to find the pickles, but what I have found is this amazing woman, Diane (Diana, Dianese, Diantastic? One of those), who has some real interesting posts. I tried to keep it under wraps (get it, like wraps around a hoagie in Pittsburgh - I crack me up!). Well to make a long story short (too late! I know!) turns out (um, I knew this but I'm faking it), she's the one and only LilacSpecs Mother! WOWZER! AND not only that, she's having A LilacSpecs Mom's Birthday give-away for people that go to see her mom at The Pittsburgh Deli, cause her birthday is coming up when she goes to Belgium to see her daughter! There's some rules about comments and this banner, go read for yourself. I already forgot what they are but they are implanted in my mind, so even subconsciously I will abide. I'm all mind ninja like that ya know (comes from reading blogs).

Thank you Lindy for the flag that I made my new banner out of! Love it! Really don't care of the rest of you do or not. Oh wait, I'm like the rest of the world and need approval - do you like it? (man, the humor is rolling out of my head tonight! And I'm probably the only one laughing!)

Lastly, I'm pleading the stupid here. I THINK I came across a twitter spammer! Maybe my first, but then I may be talking out my ass. AceofComputers started to follow me on Twitter. Now I check everyone out, give them a try before I totally dismiss them. . Link to website, etc. Read his little intro, though HEY, this dude is trying to start blogging and tweeting and well, being the nice hostess I am (damn I'm hysterical today!), I thought I'd say HI and blah blah (comment has been deleted). Anyway, his site crashed my computer and was trying to open a zillion windows at once. Yeah, sent him a DM on twitter. I'm gonna watch him a bit and see. Who knows he could be the next Hemmingway (OMG - I'm peein myself with my own comedy!).
